Introductory Lessons
Using various percussion instruments and games to help with understanding rhythm, pulse, tempo and as well as theory; this introductory program is sure to set the foundation for excitement in piano studies.
Intermediate Lessons
For those who have a basic knowledge of music theory and are within the 4th- and 7th grades, these intermediate lessons are for you. Whether you would like to take the RCM or BCCM examinations, or playing for personal goals, this program will help you to further develop your skills and give you the confidence you need to be happily successful with your studies.
Advanced Lessons
Advanced lessons are for those of you who have a thorough knowledge and background in music, and are confident to begin either level from grade 8 through to ARCT.
Custom Programs &
Programs for Homeschoolers
Although, each student will have a custom lesson plan geared towards their piano goals, I have also developed a combination MUSIC, ART & WRITING program in which we will perform a musical play at the end of the year. In addition to your weekly private lesson, these custom programs will require weekly group participation in a 2-hour workshop where we will play, design and write our year-end musical together.
In the case of homeschooled students, there is a weekly 3-hour session for groups up to 10 participants, with the option of having an hour private piano lesson to advance piano studies, and as well as an English/creative writing program.
